Currys write back .... telling me
that I should have gone to the Citizens Advice Bureau for free advice in
my quest for justice. What a cheek.

retailer in the UK advise that ANOTHER person is sick and ask the Court
for an adjournment. It's 3 days to go until the case. Are they running
scared ? Perhaps if they start listening to (ex) customers instead
of fighting them, they wouldn't get into this mess.

have this thrown out ... the Judge said we would have to go away and sort
it out. I let it drop. |

VICTORY VICTORY
Finally, the big day in Court (after
a lot of nervous waiting around). It took about an hour and the Judge said
that Currys should have done a lot more to keep it out of Court. |
